Drive Chip and Putt Contest

Well, the Drive, Chip, and, Putt registration is over. Now the for the waiting. I entered and I am praying that my name gets drawn. I have been praying forever and I really really want my name to get picked. The odds are small because over 25000 kids in the U.S.A. signed up. So please pray for me and that i get picked. If I do then i get to compete in a local competition and if I win that then I go to Regionals and if I win that then I get to go to the 2014 Masters!!!!! I have been working very hard on everything and I am doing very well. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray that my name gets picked!!!!!!

GOLF GIFT

To me golf isnt just a leisure sport. Some days I will just go out , have fun, and play, but other days, like tournament days, I focus on my game and strive to do my best. I love golf and I want play it for a living when I grow up. I don't really like golf, the fact is that I LOVE golf! I don't know what I would do if my dad had not introduced me to golf. Starting at a young age helped me because it gave me many years to improve and adjust my swing. Golf has not only showed me that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength, but it has brought me closer to the Lord. It has allowed me to realize that none of this would be possible if it were not for him. Yes, I might be playing golf if I didn't know the Lord, but I might not be as good. I have a talent that was given to me by my Heavenly Father, and because he gave me the talent that I am able to enjoy, I am giving all the credit to Him. I love the game of golf and that is the final point.

Billy Horschel!

Have you heard? Billy Horschel played in the Zurich Classic this past 4 days and he WON! He won by one stroke beating D.A. Points which was 19 under for the tournament. So that means that he was 20 under! Not only is that cool, but this was his first PGA Tour win!!
Congrats Billy!!!

Bubba Watson Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bubba Watson is so cool. He makes me so happy knowing how good I can be. My dream right now right here is to be able to meet Bubba! He is my inspiration. I want to be just like him. He really keeps me going when i am down and i really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really want to meet Bubba Watson.

My Dream

When I grow up my dream is to become a professional golfer and play on the LPGA. I also want to play in a PGA tournament just like Some other female golfers. I hope to go pro early and be able to use my talent to share the word of God to the whole entire Universe. I have the best coach in the world and I hope to do good to show him that I care.

Pray For Martin

8 year old Martin Richard was killed by the bombing in Boston this week along with two others. He was the youngest victim killed and was at the marathon with his family. Adam Scott Wins!!! Adam Scott won the playoff with Angel Cabrera and won the 2013 Masters. He is the very first Australian to win the Masters! What a Tournament!!

Ping and design

I love Ping, I also love the loudmouth designs, but I can't wear both a Ping hat and a Loudmouth hat and shorts at the same time. So I think it would be cool if Ping came out with clothes that had really cool designs on them, but had their logo on it. I would have 2000 outfits if that was real.

I Am Thankful.

I was at lessons the other day and my coach was really happy at the way my swing looked and was surprised at how far I was hitting my ball. I also got m newly reshafted Ping golf clubs that same day and Ping sandblasted them the same color pink a Bubba Watson's irons. My coach and my parents have done so much for me and I am very thankful for everything. I hope to fulfill my dream to go pro at an early age and get to meet Bubba Watson. I love golf and I want to thank everyone in this world who have helped me to become a good golfer and help me do good in the game that I love. I really want to thank my coach, Joe Caruso for everything he has done for me and for having the faith in me that I can do good. I also want to thank Ping golf for coloring the numbers on my clubs pink, I love the. I want to thank my friends and family for encouraging me to play golf and never quit even through the tough time. I want to thank all the pro golfers in the world for inspiring me to keep up my dream and showing me that I can get good with some disceapline and practice. But most of all I want to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me the ability to play and do good at the game I want to play for the rest of my life and for coming into my heart for eternity.

Bubba Rocks!

I love watching professional golfers play and it would be the joy of my life to be able to play a round of golf with any pro at all, but there is one guy in particular that I really admire and look up to, and that is Bubba Watson. I love watching him play and he inspires me to try my best at all times. He is so amazing in the way he hits the ball and it would be my biggest dream come true to meet him. I really want to be able to be as good as him when I grow up and I hope I get to meet him, or even see him in real life. I really look up to him. I want to thank Bubba for inspiring me to be a better golfer and person along with the other many golfers i have seen.

Valero Texas Open

Watching the players at Valero Texas Open made me realize how good I can really be. When I get good enough I want to go pro. What iI really want to do is to be the first female golfer to play in the Valero Texas Open. It may sound a little unreasonable, but I really want to do something different than any other person in golf. I know some other female golfers have played in the PGA, but I really want to be the first to play in the Valero Texas Open. That is my dream accomplishment that i want to accomplish in golf, my life game.

Marcel Siem

I got to see Marcel Siem play in the Valero Texas Open this past weekend. He did struggle on one hole, but when he was giving autographs, he was super nice and happy. It would be so cool to play a round of golf with this guy!. I just found out that he is from Germany. That is funny because my last name is German!! #socool   #MarcelSiem

If you think 16 is young to be playing a a large PGA tournament, then think again. Guan Tianlang is playing in this years Masters tournament. He is the youngest person to ever play in the Masters. I know I keep on talking about how much I love golf, but it is true, I really do love golf. It is an amazing sport filled with fun and competativity. Rory Mcilroy

It was so cool to be able to watch Rory Mcilroy this past weekend. It inspires me to try to do good in golf even when i am not doing good at the time because he is such a good player. It would be so cool too meet him some day. I look up to him. Hope he keeps up the good work!! If i ever do meet Rory, it would be a dream come true because he is such an inspiration to me!

K.J. Choi

Me and my dad were fallowing K.J. Choi, Marcel Seim, and Daniel Summerhays until the 16th hole; but do you want to know what happened on the 15th hole? Ok. Here is the story


Me and my dad were on hole 14 watching Choi finish his put when some friends walked up. We talked to them a little long so we did not get to see Summerhays, Seim, or Choi hit their driver on 15. While we were walking down 15 fairway there was a large group of people just standing on the cart path. K.J. Choi had hit his ball to the left and grazed a little boy in the head with his golf ball. If it had not been for the boy, the ball would have gone O.B. The boy didnt even look like he was hurt. He was smiling when we saw him and all he had was a small bump on his "FORE"head. A happy ending.

How I Got Started and How I Feel Now

I got started in golf by my dad. Some family friends were putting their son in a summer golf camp in 2005. They told my dad and he wanted to put me in it. My mom did not like the idea, but said it was fine, and I didn't really care. So in mid to late June, my dad put me in a golf camp at Olympia Hills Golf club with the CTJGA. The person running it was Tim Hartford, my future first coach. I had no clubs except the really old children's driver that my dad had when he was a little boy. When I first arrived I only knew one person, our family friend. So I was a little shy. The first time I hit the ball I was very nervous, but according to the people there I was a natural. The summer went on and I got better each week. That was the beginning of the sport that I now love so much and am very talented at. I am very grateful that my dad put me in golf. If he had not, my life would be totally different. I may not even be as close to God as I am right now. I wasn't thinking that I wanted to go pro when I first started, but now that is all I can ever think about. Golf has taught me to think for myself and not to depend on others. I can't depend on someone else to hit the ball for me or make my ball go perfect. I am going to have some bad days, and some days will be the best I have ever played. You have to keep your confidence up and you spirits high, or you will get in the way of yourself. I love golf because I can make my own decisions, risky or not, and the only person I can blame is myself. I can't wait until I am good enough to go pro. I really want to excel in golf, but the only way i can do that is through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have made risky shots that have not worked out; I did not cry though because I knew that it was my decision and it was my idea to try it, nobody else was forcing me to do it. I love the game of golf and I am willing to do anything it takes to go pro like Billy Horschel, Ian Poulter, or even Rory Mcilroy, all of whom I saw at the Valero Texas Open this past weekend.

Who Else is Playing?

Not only is Rory Mcilroy playing in the Valero Texas Open, but so is Matt Kuchar, Ian Poulter, Jim Furyk, Charl Schwartzel, and Peter Hanson. Also playing are European Tour players Jamie Donaldson and Gonzalo Fernandez- Castano. All these players are in the top 50 players in the world. Making it harder on each one of them to be able to get into the Masters. Now what fun that will be!!!!!!!
