I LOVE GOLF

Golfing is probably the only thing other than watching golf that doesn't make me fall asleep. Playing is my way of sleeping because I enjoy it so much and it rests me. I don't have to stress when I play because it is always fun and enjoyable.

Under Par

Since I got my new 3 wood and new driver shaft, my game has really improved. I have been more accurate off the tee and I have also been hitting it farther. I have been using an AMAZING new program, Joey D. Golf. You have NO IDEA how much it has impacted my game. I have recently been shooting under par when I go to play!! I have shot not only in the 70s, but I have also shot a 69 two times!! Also I played a course which its par is 68, and there I shot a 66!!! My game has really improved  also because of my coach. He has helped me soooooo much and I wouldn't be this far without him. Thanks Joe!!

New Driver Shaft and 3 Wood

My birthday was on September 30th and one of my presents was a brand new Ping G25 3 Wood mens S-Flex!!! I am hitting it about 230 yards and really straight. Before it I had a Ping g15 3 wood with an R-Flex and it wouldn't go as far and it would go right. But now I LOVE my 3 wood. I also got a new shaft for my driver. Went from r-flex to s-flex and I'm hitting it 260 yards which is about ten yards farther!!!! I really love it!!!!!!!

My Bday

All I want for my birthday is to meet Bubba Watson and Billy Horschel. I doubt its going to happen, but I can hope and Pray. They have been a HUGE inspiration in my life if I got to meet at least on of them I would be the happiest girl in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About Me

My name is Hannah. I'm 13 and I LOVE to play golf. I have been playing for seven years and my dream is to play on the LPGA. I really really want to meet Bubba Watson, Billy Horschel, Rickie Fowler, and Paula Creamer. I use a Ping G25 Driver which ROCKS!!! I love my Ping Anser hybrid. I can hit my G15 3 wood almost as far as my driver and I use Ping i20 irons (5-pw). My wedges are Ping Tour-S's and I am using an Odyssey putter. I love Loudmouth brand clothes and the color pink. When I turn professional, I really want to be sponsored by Ping. Oh yeah, the numbers on my irons and wedges are the same color pink as Bubba Watson's. When I hit the golf ball it feels amazing. I want to get really good so that I can win a lot of tournaments and give all the Glory to God All Mighty. Did I mention I am a Jesus FREAK. Jesus Christ is the reason and he has blessed me with a great coach and very supportive family and friends. I can hit my driver on average 250 yards. My lowest score on 9 holes is a -1, 35, and my lowest on 18 holes is a 78. I have made two eagles in the past three weeks and I have had one Hole-In-One. I have been to the Valero Texas Open twice and Billy Horschel gave me his hat there. To me golf isn't just a sport, it is my life. I have the BEST sock tan in the world and I am very proud of it. I LOVE GOLF SO VERY MUCH AND I NEVER WANT TO QUIT!!!

Golf is the best sport in the world. It is fun to play because you can make your own decisions and play your own game. It is so much fun to play and I wouldn't stop ever. I have been playing for 7 years and I want to play for much longer and maybe play on the LPGA Tour. I really want to meet Paula Creamer, Billy Horschel, Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, and Ben Crane. I love golf so much and I don't know what I would do if I didn't play golf.

2nd Place

Today I played in an STPGA tournament and I shot a 79. I was so happy with how my putting was because I havent been putting very up until today. I hope to keep up playing good.

Justin Rose

Justin Rose wins the U.S. Open by two strokes!!! Justin Rose pulled through and won the 2013 U.S Open at 1 over. Boy was that course giving those golfers a piece of its mind. Below Justin tied for second place  was Jason Day and the 43 year old birthday boy, Phil Mickelson, who has never gotten first place in a U.S. Open. Every time Phil competed in a U.S. Open, he was runner up and his streak didn't end this year.

U.S. Open 2013

It is the night before the final round of the 2013 U.S. Open at Merion. Many people have taken the lead, but then have been beat up by the course. The only player under par is leader, Phil Mickelson, who is 1 under. Many are trailing behind, it can be any ones win by the end of tomorrow. Who will pull through and win the 2013 U.S. Open?????? 

What I want for my Birthday

Even though my birthday is a ways away, all I want is to meet Bubba Watson and Billy Horschel. They have made huge impact in my life. They have showed me not to give up and to try my hardest. They have shown me how to control my emotions and stay focused. I love golf so much and all I want for my birthday this year is to meet Bubba Watson and Billy Horschel.

  This was me ans Shawnee Allen 6 years ago close to when I first started playing golf. We had tied for 3rd place and were doing a playoff on one of the holes, when the sprinklers went off. So we moved to the practice green. But we kept on getting in the hole the same amount of strokes. Eventually, it got dark, so the man above (Tim Hartford) just called it a tie and he gave Shawnee the trophey and gave me one at a lesson because back then, I took lessons from him.   I AM THE ONE IN THE PINK.

Starburst Golf

The 3 day Starburst Golf tournament that I played in is over and I did not do very well. I shot 88, 93, and 95. That is the worst I have done in a long time and I know why. I was under pressure. I played in it last year and I wanted to improve. I was taking risks that got me in trouble and I realize now that taking those risks got me the score that I got. Since last year, I have learned to appreciate my talent and I have become more committed to golf. The risks I took were really dumb and I wish I could go back and fix them. But whats done it done. I made bad choices of hitting driver on 230 yard holes knowing that if I hit it straight, it would definately be on the green, but each time I did that, my ball went right and into the water. I should have laid up, but I was so anxious to do good that I wasn't thinking. I have learned my lesson, and I will NEVER do anything like that again.

My Life

To me, golf isn't just a sport. It is my life. I love to play golf because I get to make my own decisions. Even when I make bad decisions, I don't get upset because I know that nobody made me make that bad decision and I can always make up for it by hitting the next shot great. I love the feeling that I get when I hit the golf ball. It's like.... well....... golf is my other right arm. Although I really only need two arms to play golf. Golf is my passion and I never want to stop!

Matt Kuchar at Memorial

Matt Kuchar won!!!! Matt Kuchar was -11, two ahead of Kevin Chappell, going into the final hole. Kevin hit his second shot to about 4 ft. from the hole, and Kuchar hit his to about 30 ft. If Chappell made the putt for birdie, and Kuchar 3 putted, then they would go into a playoff. But that was not what Matt had in mind. He stroked his 30 ft. putt and, slowly, slowly, slowly, it crept toward the hole. In it went!! Matt Kuchar sealed the deal! Winningthe Memorial and getting a handshake for the king of golf, Jack Nicklaus!!! What a day for Matt! What a day!!

Passion-Golf

I am very passionate about golf. It is my most favorite sport in the entire world and God has given me the talent to be able to play it to the best of my ability. When I play golf, it feels like I don't even put any effort into it. I feel like I was born to play golf and I can't ever be separated from it. Golf is, in my mind, the best sport in the world. I really want to meet Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Billy Horschel, and Ben Crane because they have shown me to make the right decisions in life and golf and that if I really want to, I can be good. My dream is to one day play on the LPGA Tour and be the first female golfer to plat at the Valero Texas Open. All things are possible with Christ and I know that he will care for me every minute of the day. If it is his will for me to play on the LPGA, then it will happen. I love golf and I will never quit.

I love golf. My love for golf is like a young childs love for sweets. I love golf  so much that you couldnt give me 1 million dollars to quit. I really really want to go pro and it is my dream to play golf with Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler, Billy Horschel, and Ben Crane. I play Ping clubs and they ROCK!!!!!!!! Knew how to drive

If I new how to drive, I would be on the golf course 24/7. No questions asked. I love to hit the ball and play the game of golf. I wish I lived on a golf course, then I could play anytime. Or I could just grab my Bible, my clubs, and my shoes and live on the course.

Dufnering

Have you ever heard of Dufnering?? If not can you guess who started it? If you guessed Jason Dufner then you are correct. It all started when a lucky photographer caught a hilarious picture of what Jason said was him relaxing because his back hurt. Horses vs. Golf

My little sister rides horses, and one of her instructors posted a funny (not so funny to me) comment on facebook.  It had a picture of a golf course and below the picture read this: "Golf courses are just a total waste of good pasture." Now I completely disagree with that. I think the total opposite, that horse pastures are just a total waste of good land that a golf course or driving range could be built on. You can make money playing golf on a golf course, but how can you make money off a pasture full of horses who only fertilize the grass that they eat.

I was looking at the field of players for the Crowne Plaza Invitational and  I realize that Ben Crane is playing, Hunter Mahan is playing, Rickie Fowler is playing, but Bubba Watson isn't playing. If he were playing, it would be a field full of GOLF BOYS!!!!!!!!

The Color Pink and Golf

I love the color pink so much that not only are the numbers on my irons pink, but I also hand decorated my golf balls with hot pink sharpie. I can't ever get my balls mistaken for anyone else's.

I really want to meet them!!!

I know I have been saying that I really want to meet Bubba Watson and Billy Horschel, and that is because it is my dream!! It is my dream really to play golf with them or for them to come watch me at a tournament. I really want to!! They are my most favorite golfers in the whole wide world. They have inspired me and showed that I can do good if I really want to.

    

Summer Goal

This summer my goal is to shoot in the 70's and to shoot at least one round of under par. I really want to improve in golf because everyone around me says that I have great talent. I want to work my game so that I can prove that everything that has been given to me and done for me is totally worth it. I love golf and it is the best sport in the world.

1 Under Par - 35

I shot my lowest 9 hole score today. A one under 35. I got all pars but one, and that one I got a birdie on. Here is the list of scores, hole by hole, if you can not read the scorecard above.

I also shot my lowest 18 hole score which was an 80, but if I had kept on playing today I'm sure that I would have gotten a lower score.

I am so happy about the way that I played and I hope to keep on playing like this. I almost got an eagle on the last hole, but my ball went into the hole then bounced out to about 5 feet away and I missed the birdie putt by 1 centimeter! I love golf and I never want quit.

Nothing

I love golf. I will always play golf because I love it. You could not give me anything in the world to quit golf. Its like I was born to play the game. It is a part of me and I will never let it go. The feeling I get when I hit the ball is like nothing else. Its like I should always be hitting. Nonstop, no matter what. Golf is my game. Not baseball or basketball, or even soccer. I love golf and that is that.

My Driver and Hybrid Distance

I had a on course lesson with my coach today and I did great. I still have things to work on, but I am going to tell you the real highlight of today. I was hitting my driver on the 9th hole and my coach measured it out to be almost 300 yards. It was such a solid drive and it felt so amazing. Of course, I was using my super awesome G25 driver. I don't want to have any other driver for the rest of my life. It was such an amazing feeling to hit it so far and solid.

Before that on hole six, I was hitting my hybrid off the tee which was 268 yards from the green. I hit my hybrid and it felt so amazing. Like no other feeling I have ever felt. When I got to where my ball had landed, I pulled out my range finder. I measured 40 yards to the center of the green. I don't know what I would do without my 20* Ping Anser hybrid. It is such an amazing club and I wouldn't give it up for anything.
